About Rebecca Foster

I grew up in Atlanta Georgia.  From a young age I began to massage friends and family, never imagining my talent as work.  I just enjoyed making people feel better!  Not until after graduating from College of Charleston in 1999 did I decide to make massage therapy my career.  I graduated from Georgia Medical Institute in 2000 and began my own practice in Atlanta.  I improved my skills working with many tri-athletes, runners and business professionals for 6 years until deciding to move to the beauty of the mountains in Asheville to raise a family and escape the hustle and bustle of city life.  I opened Just Relax Asheville in the fall of 2011 excited to become my own boss again and offer excellent bodywork to Asheville!  I have more than 16 years experience in massage and bodywork.  My modalities include deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial, swedish, medicupping, and ashiatsu deep feet bar therapy.
